Music is My Passion, My Body & Soul

Music is means a lot to me. I begin to love music since I was 10 years old. There are so many reasons why do I love music. First, music replaces in every time words fail. I always told my special someone through a song, including my Mom. It shows how I feel and how my emotion goes to. On several occasions a song becomes synonymous to a loved one. It often defines all my emotion I've ever shared. Secondly, music is my only constant accompany while I'm alone and while I'm travelling. I can say that none of my days are gone without music. It doesnt matter if it's the countryside or the bus ride to work, or even when I taking a bath, when I have music everything becomes pisteresque. Music is also an instant mood booster. My music list defines me, either in my happines or when I'm blue. Moreover, music defines my personality. Me myself is a person who sometimes love to be a loner and have a deep in feeling and emotion also romantic sense, so that I love ballad and romanctic songs. All in all, music is my best accompany and one best grace in my life. And, music is me.
What is Best Friend and Who are they?

It may not easy to define what best friend really are. Whatever we may say, we can define best friend as a person who means a lot to us. Specifically, best friend is the one we can rely on when we are suffering most. He/She is there for us when we need someone to talk to, and helps us overcome adversity. He/She will back us up all the time, but he/she will not judge us for the stupid things we may do or say, because he/she knows best how to make us feel better. No matter who satnds against us, even if the whole world become our enemy, a best friend would never leave us behind for even one moment. All in all, regardless of how many friends we have, or, how many cycles we have gone through, there's one thing we are always looking for and that is the one we call "Best Friend".
My Timeless Memory

An endless experience ever since I set my foot on earth up to now is when I was in Junior High. By the middle of 2012, there was once my Mom and I went to my school for graduation party. At the time, we perpared everything beforehand, such as having a dinner, and taking a bath. After we had dinished, my Mom and I hurry to my school. Once we got there, it took us by surprise that everybody was amazed to welcome us, I wondered why. Then one friend of mine told me that I got the highest score of National Exam. My homeroom teacher crowned me as the best graduate. It could never been happier because my Mom shed a tear happily, and so did I.
Can Money Buy Someone Happiness?

There's a whole laundry list of pros and cons when it comes to talk about money that can buy someone's happiness. Most people believe that money bestow them happiness. They think that nothing in this world can be obtained without money. For instance, when they want to fulfill their needs, whatever the needs they want, the only thing they can do is just realize it by money. However, some others may think that happiness is not all about money. Happiness can be gotten in a simple way.  For example, family get together is one of a million way to make them happy. No matter what the utopia it may be, nothing can make them happier than being with family. Actually, the statement which says that money can buy happiness is neither absolutely right nor wrong. It's only a matter of opinion. In fact, we would be nobody without money, yet it is not merely money which hive someone happiness.

 My Dream Job

As my job as a college students nearly come to an end, I'm contemplating with a job that I want to be in the future as I corcerned. Considering that I'm the one who love travelling so much, I would like to have a job as an ambassador. Why ambassador ? There are many reasons I've made in the recent years. First, ambassadors usually live in a country different from their home one and work as a delegate for and representative of their home country in votes and activities. This means that they are responsible for understanding the culture in which they live as an ambassador, but they must always work to keep the best interests of their home country in mind.At this rate, I would have strolling around the world so often by then. Second, as an English student, I have the opportunity to get involved with many different types of work allowing me to develop skills I already have as well as gain new ones. An ambassadors are typically confident, dynamic and strong communicators, which these are the traits I want to have. Such skills may include;
  • Public Speaking
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Team work
  • Office experience
  • Networking
Third, I’ll have the opportunity to meet and network with so many different people since I have a willingness to make friends as many as I can. In this time, build in network is promising to make sure we'll be victorious in the competition of working. All in all, so many reasons that I have to ensure why me myself want to be an ambassador, but there is one biggest reason why, that I want to go to the USA as I've been dreaming of so often back then.

Ramayana Ballet (Prambanan) Experience

Friday night, July 10, 2016, I feel ecstaticaly happy. Why could it be like that? Because I visited and joined a spectacular event in Prambanan Temple, that is Ramayana Ballet Dance. I went there with my PIC classmates at around 5 p.m. Right after we reached the location, at first we gathered in a big room to heard some information from the local well-known people about what Ramayana Ballet Dance really is. And then, we all reunited to enjoy the show. Finally, the big show had began!

Based on an epic Hindu history, the story of model king Rama was adapted to become an important local dance, encompassing the Javanese style, culture and music. Whilst the story originated in India, the Javanese version is truly representative of the local art and culture. In the evenings, this ballet comes to life, enacted by over 200 professional dancers and musicians on an open air stage that takes advantage of the Prambanan Temples as a backdrop. The performances run from 7.30pm to 9.30pm, and are weather dependent.

From the show, me myself liked the performance of Hanuman because he brought us to the romantic atmosphere with wonderful attractions. I couldn't say a word to say what a wonderful performance he was doing. And the parts that I loved the most were when Hanuman seduced a lady and took him on the dance floor romanticaly, and the other one was when Hanuman burns Ravana’s city in a danced stage performance. To enact Hanuman’s burning of Ravana’s city in performance, a bonfire was built behind a columned fence on a stone promontory near the Prabanan temple. The Hanuman dancer moves behind the flames to the right.

And what can we learned from that show? Of course, we should preserve our culture, especially traditional dance because this is one of the most valuable and important thing to bring Indonesia become well-known in the whole world. No meatter what the future would bring, we should keep preserving our culture so that they would not be vanished. That's why, traditional dance and opera such Ramayana Ballet is should be preserved and improved any further to attract many people.

English is the most widely used language which the number of speaker have been skyrocketing. Different countries have their own version of English. AmE and BrE for instance, they look so much alike, no wonder it could be difficult to tell them apart. Despite likenesses, they are by far different each other. So to make a long story short, in today's posting I'm on top of the world to tell you how these two languages different in quite of a few ways.
One of the most subtle difference is the vocabulary. As an example, a 'boot' to an American would be a pair od shoes, but to a British, the 'boot' would refer to the trunk of a car. An American would say 'truck', while a British call it 'lorry'. Yet another difference is the grammar. There are many differences when it comes to grammar. In the US you will hear people ask "did you have breakfast yet?", meanwhile in the UK you will hear "have you had breakfast yet ?". In the use of compound nouns, AmE more likely combining verb+noun, e.g. 'jump rope'. BrE however, the compound nouns are formed by combining gerund+noun, e.g. 'skipping rope'. Comparing both languages we notice another difference. Word spelling in AmE is far cry from BrE. The world which spelled differently is 'color' in the US, yet in the UK would be 'colour'. Last but not least, the way American pronounce a word is a subtle different to a British. As we know, the sound of 'R' in the end of a word pronounced stronger in AmE than in BrE.
Those are several things that make AmE and BrE unlike. The type of English that you concerned most would depends on you in your circumtences. For example, if you going to move to the US, then I suggest you to learn AmE and vice versa. In that way, you might not be able to caught up in misapprehension while get through to a native speaker. I hope you found this essay useful sooner or a later once and for all.
See you guys. :-)
